A day to pause, reflect, reconnect & welcome the returning light
As we reach the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we’re invited to slow down, reflect and turn our attention back within.
It marks a beautiful turning point — a moment to acknowledge everything this year has held, celebrate how far you’ve come, release what you don’t want to carry forward and create space for what’s next. 🌙✨
And before Christmas arrives in all its beautiful chaos, we’re going to give ourselves one whole day to step out of life and step back within.
This year’s Winter Solstice Retreat will be held amongst the beautiful land of Michael’s Folly — and I want us to really use it.

our ticket includes the full retreat experience — meditation, mantra, transformational coaching and worksheets, intuitive movement, time exploring the land at Michael’s Folly, Yule log gathering and creation, Reiki drumming & crystal bowls, Blue Lotus tea, nourishing snacks and herbal teas, plus your Winter Solstice gift bag. Spaces will intentionally be kept limited to protect the intimacy of the day.
